01What do I need to prepare at home?+
Very little. Your artist brings a complete professional setup. We only ask for access to a power point, a comfortable amount of space and a calm room away from pets and interruptions.
02How do I choose the right treatment?+
You do not need to decide alone. Every new client begins with a complimentary consultation so we can discuss your natural lashes, eye shape, routine and preferred finish.
03How long will my lashes last?+
Extensions are normally maintained with infills every two to three weeks. Your natural lash cycle and aftercare will affect wear.
04Can I book for an event or wedding?+
Yes. Please mention your event date in your enquiry. For weddings and first-time extension clients, we recommend allowing time for a consultation and trial well before the day.
