Shenghua will decide when the complimentary launch phase ends. The first ten paying clients after that receive 50% off. All paid appointments, including half-price appointments, are Northern Beaches only.

Founding Five terms

The offer is provided by Lux-Lashes. Complimentary launch appointments are no longer limited to five people; Shenghua will decide when the free phase ends.
Applicants must be 18 or older and able to attend Freshwater for the complimentary appointment. You do not have to live in the Northern Beaches. One application per person.
Complete applications are reviewed in server receipt order. Applying is not an appointment confirmation. All dates, times and confirmations are agreed by email, not Instagram.
Each confirmed applicant receives one listed Lux-Lashes treatment up to a maximum value of $270. The appointment is subject to consultation, natural-lash suitability and mutually available timing. A suitable alternative may be offered. No cash, transfer or change is available.
Applicants must respond to the confirmation email within 48 hours and attend the agreed appointment by 30 November 2026. If they do not, Lux-Lashes may offer the place to the next eligible applicant by timestamp.
No purchase, public post, photograph, video or positive review is required for a Founding Five appointment. Any later request for media participation requires separate, informed written consent.
Contact details are used to assess the application and arrange the offer. Unsuccessful entry records will be deleted within 90 days after the promotion, unless the person separately becomes a client or joins the reference waitlist.
Reasonable decisions about eligibility, safety and scheduling are final.
